Lady Titans Rack Up State Awards

St. Petersburg College Lady Titans just ended a great season! The women’s basketball team went 20-11 overall, and 8-4 in conference play. Some team members were recognized for their outstanding play on the court. Check them out:

Ponder, with long braids, smiles, wearing her #10 jersey

 Sophomore Jaylen Ponder was named All FCSAA 1st Team
  and 1st Team All-Conference. 

 

 

 

Garrett, with long, curly hair, wears her blue #20 jersey   Sophomore Myanna Garrett and Freshman Ka’Yanit Burden were also named Second Team All-Conference for their outstanding play this season.

 

 

 

 

Other Lady Titans receiving awards were freshmen forward Olivia Delancy, who averaged 15 points per game and first-year point guard Jullie Ruiz Paneto, who averaged 14 points per game. Congratulations to the award recipients, and the entire team for a strong season!
