Lady Titans Continue to Win!

Lady Titans Continue to Win!

After a 4-game losing streak, the Titans have run off 5 victories in a row in dominate fashion.  The Lady Titans continued their winning ways as they faced off against Miami Dade College and kick-off Winter Break with an 87-81 road win in south Florida.  SPC was led by St. Pete native, Olivia Delancey who had a game high 23 points and 8 rebounds and proved to be too much for the Sharks to handle.  Jullie Ruiz-Paneto, who is currently 6th in the FCSAA points per game, kicked in with 18 points, 6 rebounds, 3 steals, and 5 assist in the win.

Coach D (Davidson) had several players scoring in double digits on the way to the win!  Alexa Kulakowski (11), KaYanti Burden (10) and Myanna Garrett (15) all were major contributors to the season high 87 point output by SPC.  For Garrett, this was her first game back after being sidelined for the previous month with an injury.

The team will be off for 7 days before they head to Americus, Georgia for the Lady Jets Holiday Classic where they will face off against Central Georgia Tech and the #2 team in the nation, the Gulf Coast State Commodores.  The squad returns to action at home on January 4th to take on the Pioneers of Indian River State College.
