St. Petersburg College's women's basketball team fell short in their last game of the conference to Palm Beach State 89 – 82. "We just didn't play our game to our full potential", remarked Coach Davidson. This loss ended an impressive 17 game win streak. Coach Davidson explained, "Unfortunately, we missed many defensive assignments that allowed us to get behind and we constantly had to fight our way back, but it just wasn't enough." Sophomores Antqunita Reed and Ayshia McNeil led our Lady Titans against Palm Beach State.

The Lady Titans finish their 2012-13 Conference Championship run with a record of 14-1. Now they are preparing to face Hillsborough, in the first round of the State Tournament. The match will begin on Wednesday, March 6 at 1:00 p.m in Marianna, Florida.
