St. Petersburg College's, Isabela Mercante, has achieved a remarkable accomplishment by reaching the finals of the ITA Region 8 championships held at the HCC Tennis Center in Tampa, FL. 

Isabela Mercante's outstanding performance is a testament to her dedication, skill, and hard work on the tennis court. As a NJCAA All-American, she has consistently demonstrated her talent and ability to compete at a high level. As a sophomore, she has already established herself as an important player for the Lady Titans, and her presence on the court has undoubtedly been influential in the team's success.

The Lady Titans finished second in the FCSAA and fourth nationally with Mercante playing #1 singles. She will be a team leader heading into the 2024 spring season.
