SPC Battles Eckerd

The Lady Titans finished preparing for the 2015 season with a scrimmage against the Lady Triton of Eckerd.  While just a scrimmage, SPC came out on top 3-2 in games.  "It is just a scrimmage, so teams are trying all their line-ups, but it is great to play well against Eckerd, even better to come out on top."  Coach White added "We really appreciate the hospitality at Eckerd and we are all praying for Eckerd Coach Piantadosi and her battle with Breast Cancer.   "While it is great to play a competitive match, Michelle's news puts it all in perspective."

SPC is in action next in Tampa (HCC) against College of Central Florida (11:30 am) and Lake Sumter State College (4:00 pm).  "If we can keep improve from Wednesday night, we should be ready for our season opener against, probably, the best team in the state.  Coach Flavia at CF has assembled a great team and we are looking forward to the challenge.", said Coach White when asked about his thoughts for the season opener.
