Over the last 3 years, the St. Petersburg College Baseball team has participated in several community and campus activities. Their ivolvement with campus activies includes hosting the young men who a part of the FAAME Program as well as helping with donation distribution after consecutive hurricaines which affected the area. In their efforts to to give back to the community, the Titans have hosted Clearwater Little League providing them free baseball clinics as well as been volunteers at The Community Family Fun Night sponsored by The Clearwater Urban Leadership Coalition. All of these have been great experiences for the staff as well as our players as they have served as a strong examples of leadership while strengthening ties within the community and creating positive experiences for everyone involved.

Head Coach Oscar Espada is impressed with the team’s enthusiasm for community involvement. It really speaks to the character and dedication of the players when they willingly participate in these activities. "When players are motivated to contribute outside of their athletic commitments, it truly speaks to the kind of well-rounded individuals they’re becoming." said Coach Espada

St. Petersburg College's Baseball team has been doing some fantastic work in the community. They are showing how sports can be a vehicle for positive change. It’s not just about playing baseball; it’s about fostering leadership, responsibility, and connections with others.
