Softball continues Gear sale, keeps Winning ways

Titans swept the double header at home against Pasco Hernando Tuesday night. Despite a slow start in the first game, the Lady Titans were able to pull off a 5-3 win. Sophomore hurler Lindsey Maresca kept the Titans in the game on the way to her third Win of the season.

The offense in both games was led by Sophomore Catcher Hannah Barnes who hit 4 doubles while driving in 3 for Coach Myers' squad. The offense that was lacking early in Game 1 was not so at the back end of the double header as Game 2 was a 5 inning affair. Sam Wilson contributed offensively alongside Barnes, going 2-3 with 3 RBIs in addition to scoring the mercy rule inducing run. In the circle for Game 2 was Faith Bruce, who notched her second win on the season in what would be a 10-2 final score.

Head Coach Breanna Myers and her Lady Titans move to an impressive 7-3 on the year. The upcoming slate features contests against Tallahassee CC, Florida State College of Jacksonville and Miami-Dade the weekend of Feb 21-22nd
