Title: Assistant Coach

Coach Metcalf is entering her 22nd year as assistant softball coach. She spent her first four years as an assistant coach at Hillsborough Community College and is beginning her 18th season at SPC. She earned her Associate Degree in Physical Education from SPC (formerly SPCJC) in 1988. As a student, Coach Metcalf played softball at SPCJC from 1986-1988. Following graduation, she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from the University of South Florida in 1990. Coach Metcalf served four years in the United States Navy as a Medical Laboratory Technician and is currently in her 22nd year working as a Special Education teach (ESE) at Jefferson High School in Tampa.
