  • Coach Girardi is in his tenth year as the Head Coach of The Lady Titans. He led women's tennis team to the NJCAA Nationals 7 times in 9 years. The Lady Titans have finished with a national ranking in the top 15 for eight years, top ten in five years and has finished as high as number three. The team has produced nine NJCAA All-American players. Coach received the honor of ITA Regional Coach of the Year in 2010.

    Coach Girardi is in his 20th year as Head Professional and Director of Tennis at Treasure Bay Golf and Tennis in Treasure Island.  In 2006, his team of 18-and-under juniors won the National United States Tennis Association (USTA) Jr. Team Tennis Championships in Tucson, Ariz. His teams have won numerous USTA Sectional Titles in his time at Treasure Bay. Phil still enjoys teaching all levels of players along with his other duties. 

  • Girardi is a Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) trained professional for 21 years. Phil is currently sitting on the Board of Directors for the USTA Florida Section. Has held numerous postitions with organization including Recreation Chair, Collegiate Chair, District Director, Clinician to name a few. In 2012 he received the prestigeous "USTA Florida Merit Award" for his contribution to tennis.

    Coach Girardi graduated from East Bay High School in Riverview where he began his tennis career. Phil went to college at State College of Florida. He played up to the open USTA Division and became a teaching pro in 1992.
